Our Designer Ju(2) has used this to create height within her balloon. You can hot glue your items to keep them from tipping over. It can be used in place of the paper plate or massive amounts of shred to prop up your gifts inside. It doesn't have sharp edges and will fold easily to fit within the neck of the balloon. It has sturdy enough to be able to support most of your products upright if glue to it.

It does create the illusion of height within the balloon. It will also allow you to lift your balloon with much more confidence from the machine to your gift box base.
